1.Consolidate all customers’ requirements in all BU and work with GSCM to run RFQ.
2.Understand technology trend in commodity market.
3.Advance technology sourcing in each commodity market.

4.Work with commodity manager to review supplier's product portfolio from technology & quality perspective.
5.Work with commodity manager to do supplier site-visit and understand their manufacturing capability.
6.Plan sourcing strategy workstream for each commodity.

7.Plan supplier QBR events and format.
8.Conduct initiative to improve cross-functional teamwork.
