Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the maintenance and in-depth operation of the company's existing overseas customers, ensure the smooth delivery of old projects, proactively explore potential customer needs, promote the introduction and landing of new projects, and maintain long-term and stable customer cooperative relationships.
- Strictly follow the company's requirements, complete the weekly, monthly and annual sales data statistics and report writing on time, ensure the data is accurate and logical, and provide effective support for the company's sales decisions.
- Accurately connect with overseas customers for business negotiations, consult and determine cooperation terms and contract details, follow up the order execution throughout the process, be responsible for the tracking and management of payment collection, and ensure the smooth recovery of the company's funds.
Requirements
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as the working language, and able to communicate with overseas customers verbally, via email and in business negotiations without obstacles.
- Possess rigorous logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities; be good at listening to customer needs and promoting cooperation efficiently; have a good sense of team collaboration and be able to cooperate with the team to achieve the overall sales goals.
- Be able to accept 1-2 weeks of overseas business trips per year and short-distance domestic business trips per week, flexibly arrange travel time and adapt to the business trip rhythm.
- Be able to accept participating in overseas customer conference calls at night due to time differences, and have strong time management skills and work flexibility.
