Summary
The Mechanical Engineer is part of the Company's Global Technical Talent Development Program, designed to prepare engineers for long-term careers in the United States. During the first year, the employee will complete a structured on-the-job training program in Taiwan, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the Company's products, engineering standards, manufacturing processes, and global operations. After successfully completing the training program and obtaining U.S. work authorization, the employee will relocate to the United States as a locally hired Mechanical Engineer, responsible for mechanical design, product development, design verification, and cross-functional engineering support to ensure successful product implementation and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Mechanical Design
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies to ensure product structures meet functional, performance, and quality requirements. - Design Verification
Participate in mechanical design verification and validation activities, support root cause analysis, and implement design improvements based on test results. - Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain mechanical design specifications, drawings, and related technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Data Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret mechanical design data to support product optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design manufacturability, product quality, and successful implementation.
